One local Iowa band could open LAZERfest through the LAZERfest Battle of the Bands presented by Wooly's.
Iowa bands can enter by submitting an .mp3 single and band image to be in the running to open LAZERfest 2013. You have until Sunday, February 24th at 11:59pm to submit your entry.
Voting
Listeners and fans will then vote on the band they want to see open the show from Monday, February 25th until Thursday, March 7th at 11:59pm up to once a day to determine the Top Five. On Friday, March 8th the Top Five will be announced LIVE on the air.
Top Five
Listeners and fans will then have the chance to vote for the top 5 bands until Friday, March 15th at Noon. On Thursday, March 14th the Top 5 will play a final showcase at Wooly’s with LAZER on-site to help judge the event.
The winner will be announced Friday, March 15th at 5pm LIVE on the air.
