Santa Tantrums

“Santa Tantrums” is an online photo contest that will occur from Monday November 30^th until Sunday December 20^th in which one contestant will win $1,000. Contestants may enter contest online at more 104 music dot com by completing a registration form and submitting to the site one photo of your child or grandchild crying in a photo with Santa between Monday November 30^th and Sunday December 13^th at 10pm. Photos submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. Limit one entry, per person, per e-mail address. Patrons may vote online once per day, per e-mail address from Monday December 14^th through Sunday December 20^th at 5pm. If there is a tie when voting ends, a random drawing will be performed between the tying photos to determine the winner. To participate in this contest you must become a registered user through uPickem. The winner of the contest will be announced on air and online at more 104 music dot com and contacted by phone on Monday December 21^st.  Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the contest will be disqualified. NO purchase necessary. Prizes are not transferable. This contest is open to all eligible Iowa residents 18 or older who have not won anything on the station valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Employees of KMYR, the Des Moines Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communication Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within one hundred mile radius of KMYR main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. KMYR has the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, what content is appropriate for the website and fits contest criteria. Prizes can be picked up at the MORE studio at 1416 Locust St, Des Moines between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
